Rule of Thirds

Today in Tech class we learnt about the rule of thirds. We learnt that the character with more power is mostly on the left side/top, therefore the character on the right/bottom are weaker. This is applied in movies, TV shows and etc. Hierarchies are developed from whats at the top and whats at the bottom. We learnt that if we are designing, or doing some artwork, our main object is always supposed to be on the axis in the grid.
In this shot, the person with  more power is on the left side, who is Bella, and the weaker person is on the left side who is Jacob. Bella is looking towards the right side.
